Today's title is "Sports"
My favourite sports are ballet and jogging. If you like doing gymnastics I can give you some tips for splits.These are the steps for stretching well.

WARMING UP

1- Wear a flexible sweatsuit.

2- Warm up before stretching. For example you can jog for 5 minutes or do an activity.

3-Consider a warm-up routine
   
4-20 jumping jacks
  
5- 20 cross jacks
  
6-5 minutes jogging
   
 7- A light aerobic warm-up


 DOING WARM-UP STRETCHES

1- Sit on the ground with your legs together , straight out in them front of you.Try to bring your chest closer to your legs with your arms.

2-Sit with your legs at aright angle. One leg should be straight ahead and the other to the side.Strecth forward to your right leg with your back straight and hold the position for 30 seconds.


 3-Strecth forward. Keep your legs in the 90 degrees position , and lean and strecth your body forward between your legs with a straight back. Hold the position for 30 seconds more.
